OUR PROCESS / BUILT WITH CLARITY
A clear path.
A considered website.
From the first conversation to launch, a good website starts with a shared understanding. Here is how we shape the scope, develop the work and keep decisions clear.
FROM FIRST HELLO TO HANDOVER
01 → 07
Clear scope.
Considered design.
A practical next step.
The schedule follows the scope, your content and the feedback we agree.
SEVEN STAGES / ONE SHARED DIRECTION
What happens next.
A structured process, with room for thoughtful decisions.
01
CONSULTATION & DISCOVERY
First, understand your business.
Tell us what you do, who you serve and what your website needs to help people understand or do. We can begin through the enquiry form or email; a call can be arranged if useful.
A clear starting brief
02
PACKAGE & WRITTEN QUOTATION
Agree the scope before the build.
We match your requirements to a package or a tailored quotation. Pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions, support and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Timing depends on the agreed scope and timely content and feedback.
An agreed quotation
03
ONBOARDING & PREPARATION
Bring the right content together.
You provide final copy, branding, approved images, business details and any required policies. We confirm the agreed access and practical setup through an appropriate secure method.

04
DESIGN & WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT
Turn the direction into a website.
The agreed layout and visual direction are developed in WordPress. Launch adapts an established layout, Growth provides tailored pages, and Signature allows a more developed bespoke direction within the agreed scope.
A website to review
05
PREVIEW & REVISIONS
Review it with a focused eye.
Explore your website and return one consolidated list of feedback for each included round. Launch includes one round, Growth two and Signature three. Revisions refine the agreed direction; new pages, functionality or a different direction require a separate quotation.
Consolidated feedback
06
TESTING, LAUNCH & HANDOVER
Check, approve and hand over.
We check the delivered layouts, navigation and agreed enquiry features before launch. Your approval comes before publication. Handover details and any account setup assistance follow the written quotation; no fixed launch date is assumed.
Approval before launch
07
POST-LAUNCH DEFECT SUPPORT
Know what support covers.
Launch includes 14 days of post-launch defect support; Growth and Signature include 30 days. This covers reproducible defects in the delivered work. Content changes, new features, routine updates, security monitoring and third-party outages are separate.
A defined support period
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A little preparation.
A stronger start.
You know your business best. Bringing these pieces together helps us work with a clear brief and fewer missing details.
01 / Your goals and intended audience
What the website should explain and the enquiries you want to invite.
02 / Final content and approved imagery
Your services, business details, logo, copy, images and relevant policies.
03 / A decision-maker and one feedback list
Consolidated feedback within the agreed direction and revision rounds.
04 / Domain, hosting and agreed access
Client-owned accounts, compatible hosting and access shared through an appropriate secure method.
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
A few things
worth knowing.
How long will the website take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, the availability of your final content and feedback, and any agreed dependencies. The quotation and project discussion establish a practical schedule; this page does not promise a fixed turnaround.
How do the revision rounds work?
One round is one consolidated list of changes within the approved structure and direction. Launch includes one round, Growth two and Signature three. New pages, features or a change of direction are quoted separately.
Do I need to write the content?
You supply final copy, branding and rights-cleared imagery. Copywriting, photography and translation are separate unless included in your written quotation.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
You own and pay for your domain and hosting. Ongoing maintenance, renewals, routine plugin updates, security monitoring and server administration are separate. Included defect support is limited to the stated package period.
Can we start by email or the enquiry form?
Yes. Share your business, goals and requirements through our enquiry form or email. A call can be arranged if it helps the discussion; regular phone calls are not a requirement.
